THE STACK STORY

Challenge yourself. Bring everyone.

We’re building the kind of race that feels like a whole weekend with your people: challenging on the course, welcoming on the sidelines, and fun long after the finish.

FUN. CHALLENGING. WORTH SHOWING UP FOR.

A lap. A station. Another reason to keep going.

ONE WORKOUT. A YEAR TO CHASE IT.

A benchmark you can come back to.

The 2027 STACK is set: seven exercise zones linked by track running, from kettlebell Russian Twists and Squat Walks to a Medicine Ball Arms-Up Lunge finish. The workout stays consistent for the entire season, giving you a benchmark to train for and a time to beat. Orange County and San Jose are the confirmed locations for the 2027 Spring/Summer season. A target of about an hour for an average competitor keeps the challenge ambitious; your pace determines your finish. Canopies will cover a good portion of exercises 2, 3, 4 and 5 for the warmer days.

THE STADIUM IS PART OF THE STORY

A race your people
can be part of.

Track laps around a football field keep the action close. Workout stations add the challenge. Designated spectator areas keep friends and family connected to the race, without stepping into the course.

And right in the middle: a burpee challenge that gives the crowd another reason to cheer.

STACK 2027 concept: counter-clockwise running in lanes 5–8 after a start in lanes 1–4 and a gradual transition after 100 m; Arms-Up Lunges in lanes 1–4; canopies shade zones 2, 3, 4 and 5. Football yardage and end zones frame a 20-yard spectator area between the 40-yard lines, with a donation and Burpee challenge at the 50.

A BIGGER REASON TO SHOW UP

Your effort can go further.

The plan: one Burpee by a Stacks team member for every dollar donated toward the fight against human trafficking. At the 50-yard line, the whole stadium can cheer them on—and help with the reps.

$11 Burpee

Planned giving challenge. Donation route, allocation, and arrangements will be confirmed before race day.
